At Red Violet Works, our products are made-to-order through Printify.com. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is defective, damaged, or misprinted.
1. All Sales Are Final
Since each product is custom printed when you order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at itworks@redvioletworks.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
3. Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays or lost packages once an order has been shipped.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue where possible.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Because items go into production quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.
- Please double-check all details (sizes, colors, and shipping address) before completing your order.
